Leadership coach, on a mission to stop women playing small and create a legacy that actually makes a difference.

For too long society has viewed women over a certain age as “past it”.

Yes, we no longer have the perfect slim, lithe body (did we ever?) and we no longer have blemish free, wrinkle free skin.

But instead, what we have in abundance is more experience and confidence.

Life has taught us not to take ourselves too seriously and to have less regard for what others may think or say about us, and what we do.

We can have more of an attitude of “It looks fun, and I’d like to try it, so I’ll give it a go.”

I’ve heard this age been referred to as our “2nd Spring” which has all the wonderful connotations of the growth and bloom that is still ahead of us.

I’ve heard women of this age been referred to as “perennials”, meaning they flower reliably every year and usually bigger each time.

This is a much more positive view of this age and to support this view I am holding a series of conversations to celebrate women in their 50s, 60s and beyond.

Meet the fabulous women

With over 30 years coaching & leadership experience, she understands the fear of not fulfilling the mission you feel called to lead. Kate Codrington

Menopause mentor, discussing the celebration around menopause

Kate is a facilitator, writer, podcaster and menopause mentor and has been a therapist for nearly 30 years. She writes on menopause and women’s health for well-known well-being publications and blogs. She’s in Second Spring, which means post-menopause, and has deep gratitude for the education that the menopause process has gifted her. Her mission is to change the way we regard menopause and show how we can relax into our own, inner authority through our cyclical nature and menopause process. Her first book, Second Spring, will be published by HarperCollins in February 2022
